Okay so I opened up logic studio to my project which consists of 8 different songs (I know, risky but it saves time and is more efficient when writing). Something went terribly terribly wrong...

All my songs are out of sync. The tempos on the individual tracks arent lining up... mostly theyre slowed down. This has also changed the pitch of them. So everything is out of tune, out of tempo... freaking out!

I think I may go back to doing each song in a new project, but I gotta fix this first somehow! Ah! Help!

Has anyone had this problem before?

Oh god I hope its just some kind of setting that needs to be changed... Im gonna try to export all the tracks to new projects... hopefully that will work. I dont know. I'll update you if it does.

Okay I got a newbie question... where do I check find the sample rate for the file? Its not in the extended info. Can I find it in logic? I never changed the sample rate on logic, if that's what is causing this... it some how did it on its own. That honestly wouldnt really surprise me as Ive seen technology screw up in so many weird ways. Im gonna change the sample rate in logic and see if it changes it in playback.

But some good news... sorta... when I play the file outside of logic, ie itunes or preview, its unchanged, in its original form. But as soon as I put it into logic it reverts to the messed up file. So I know for sure theres a way to fix this, I just dont know how haha.
