I have a Reslo VRT for the past month in my box but I had no time to hook it up yet. From the little I have used this mic in the past its fairly weak output mic with mellow sound, a mic perfect for my Great River pre. I have used it on guitar cab and vocals since it reminded me of the old Pink Floyd sound (the first album) and it was proper for the band.

They're cheap little ribbon mics that sometimes sound good...and sometimes don't. Legend has it that they were used on a Beatles session a couple of times so they have an 'aura and mystique' about them that is well undeserved.
