You can export a file from Reason as MIDI. However, you can only import single parts into most notation programs.
In other words, if you want to import an entire score, you'll need to do it one part (channel) at a time. I may be wrong on this since I've never tried it.
However, any notation program will import MIDI files - Sibelius, Finale, etc..
If you want us to try something, post a copy of your Reson MIDI file... I've got Sibelius installed, and it eats such things for beakfast... What it spits out can vary with what's hidden with in...
