workstations, interfaces, Yamaha 01X

i am looking to purchase a pretty nice computer interface or workstation. First of all, which would you suggest? Which ones would you suggest? Is the Yamaha 01X any good? I am looking to start a home studio to record my bands music on. I have a bit of recording experience, but am far from being an expert o good for that matter. I am hoping that you guys being more experienced can help me out.

I just did a search on this, funny that it's not mentioned here to much.

Am a little disapointed that is has no surround support, but for Nuendo/SX, it may be the way to go, plus free audio interface in addition to DAW controller.

Also, price drops to $999.

Would like to hear more about this.
