Sounded very nice but the levels are very very low. It was hard to hear it unless I closed the door and listened closely. Very enjoyable though.

Try duplicating the guitar track. Send one panned left and one panned right. Keep the Cello centered just the way it is. +1 on the volume - really quiet. Nice, peaceful song.

Push your faders up higher but obviously avoiding peaking.

Be careful when panning across the stereo field. Backing instruments sound best when laid across the field and lead instruments are best centred or panned towards left or right, especially when two leads are playing together. Extreme panning can create good effects but subtle is the norm.

The one thing to remember is that the final mix is a matter of taste. The sound your ears enjoy hearing will be vastly different from someone else. Also, don't be afraid to experiment and listen to your mix through different media - Headphones, speakers, home hi fi, pc, ghetto blaster, in the car ... All this will give you an idea if you're overdoing the bass, or driving the percussion too much or one of many other mistakes beginners make.

The more you do it the better you will become, learning lessons from previous recordings.

And don't forget to listen to lots of mainstream overproduced, over engineered music that has had the life mixed out of it and marvel at the ineptitude and tonal banality passed off as 'professional recordings' these days.

That's sounding better. I suggest you remove " /un-named " out of your link. It didn't work for me until I deleted the tail-end of the web address in my browser.
