Need some more information. What kind of guitar? What kind of amp? What are you recording too? What kind of lights are in the room. What electrical thing are running in the room. Do the electrical outlets have grounds? Are they realy grounded? There are a lot of sources.

Buzzing problems can be caused by any one or more of at least a dozen reasons. You need to troubleshoot your problem one step at a time. Does the amp buzz before the guitar is plugged in? You may want to try another amp and another guitar to detrmine if one of them is the problem. Could be a bad or flakey guitar cable, bad building power or wiring, a dimmer on the lights, leakage from the fridge or washing machine, amp and/or guitar to close to a computer monitor, and many more things.

no i mean ... u know ... I have a Valvestate amp ... So i mean if u plug the guitar and dont pick a string its gonna make a little buzzing noise which i think is normal

How loud is the buzz in comparison to the playing level? You may try a very light gate either when tracking or when you begin clean-up prior to mix.

What kind of guitar? Some are more prone than others. Are you in the control room when tracking or in the studio itself? Try the guitar straight into the board from wherever you are. Is there still a buzz? If yes the problem is the guitar or cable. Try a couple of different cables, preferably a new one. Are you using any stomp boxes? Take them out of the signal path. Turn off everything electrical that you can, especially lighting. Tracking down hums and buzzes is on of the biggest pain in the rear detective jobs there is.
