Tracking Headphones

I need a new pair of tracking headphones with importance in the following order:

Isolation (sound bleeding OUT of the headphones)
Quality
Comfort
Fatigue
Price

Looking at Sennheiser HD 280 Pro, Ultrasone (model?), and Bose QuietComfort 2.

Any others to consider?

I use Beyer 770 pros
and Fostex T40's

I did have some DIY industrial protectors with some old transducers ... but I loaned them to a friend ... never saw them again. :(

Not cheap - but if you're making mic choices and placement decisions based on your phones, then it's not a place to skimp!
