Hello all,
I have 4 choice of speakers to buy, and I would like you to help me to decide
1. PMC TB2a
2. Adam P22a or S2a
3. Meyersound HD-1
4. Dynaudio Air series
My budget is 2500-3000 euros
Please give me your opinion.. I produce dance music.. I prefer 8'' or 10'' woofer to avoid buy a subwoofer

Im leaving in a Island which I don't have the possibility to listen those speakers. Music hardware dealers here not having those speakers. Most of my hardware I bought them by inernet and by searching internet reviews or asking friends having a home studio.
In Greece most of studios have Genelec speakers, which I don't really like their sound.

I understand your problem, but there's still plenty of dealers who will do a return policy for you. It will only cost you a bit of freight.
If I was in your boat spending that much on monitors, I'd be prepared to shell out a few bucks for shipping back and forth to make sure I got something I was happy with.
It's up to you, but I would never buy speakers af that level unheard. And as I said we can't advise you.

If you can't hear the speakers, than it is a crap shoot and your a fool if you just pick what one person or what a group of people tell you to buy. You have decent list to choose from. There are many more brands/models that are in that same class that you don't mention and that don't get as much talk about time as the ones you listed. Since you can't hear any of them, and have no clue what they sound like, and you are willing to just buy whatever, then just pick the ones that look pretty in your room or flip a coin. It's not like your ever going to know which one would have been best for you.
That is really sad for me to read. I sure hope for your sake that your clients never find out that is how you choose and buy gear...

I would get all of them and have my own shootout and send the other three back. Just find a retailor that has a GREAT retun policy.
if I had to go blind that would be tough. Id prob opt for the DYNS but then again maybe it would be the wrong choice.
This is something NOBODY can advise you on. When you're spending

When you're spending that kind of money, the dealer should be letting you try them out in your own environment. THIS IS A MUST!
If they are unwilling to do this for you, then they are unworthy of your business. If they are serious about selling speakers of that level, they WILL let you try them first.
