I'm currently doing a Sound Engineering Course, and my Project is to get Equipments with a budget of $70000.
This doesn't have to Include Studio Acoustic Treatment,
And even regardless of the size of the Room,
It's a Weird Project,
And With No real World Experience,
It's hard.

With 70 000$ you can decide either way.

With or without a mixer.. Inputs to digital convertion need to be planned.
You can use a mixer with average preamp quality or have many highend preamps.
With 70 000, I would not go for a mixer.. Rather a good collection of highend preamps, some ISA, Some Millennia or Grace design. All those going strait to a converter/interface unit

a tt / db25 patch bay, 30 tt/bantam patch cords and interface cables to the mixer and the outboard rack. ($1500)

i'm not including the computer or DAW. you probably have one already, others will want to use their own and you will be getting a new one every few years anyhow.
this will get you going for around $20K. if you get it all in a package you could probably save at least 30%, maybe more. take $50k+ and put it into the bank. you can use it to fill in the gaps as you go.
this system is new gear that will run for years. it's a mixture of some time tested standards and cost effective clones of some of the the most deluxe studio gear ever. it won't break your heart if it gets damaged. the Tascam can interface to any DAW via USB and is also a stand alone production station on which you can record live, overdub, punch in /out and mix all to an SD card.
