I won't bore you with details, but let me just say that the service I have received from Sebatron is simply as good as it can get.
Sebastian seems very caring about his customers, is a stand up guy, and has a nice sense of humor too. It's rare you get to talk (email) with "the guy", let alone have him let you know when your package arrives and when it'll be sent back (quickly). Have it all done in a professional yet friendly manner AND add in a dash of humor, well. what can I say. it's rare.
If anyone in the US ever hesitated purchasing a Sebatron because of them being in Australia, don't.
I live in Philadelphia and shipped my unit by United States Postal Service and it didn't cost much more than sending it to CA. Not to mention, it got there in about a week. Nice.
Anyway, people are always quick to complain about things, I just wanted to chme in about a positive experience.
When you send your beloved unit for service and wind up with a smile on your face, that says it all.

Anyway, Mr. Sebastian Sebatron has been a quite a model of personal and unrivaled customer service.....not to mention his gear sounds great and really has it's own thing going and is not a _____a-like.
I have several preamps, including a set of ________a-likes, and while I have considered upgrading certain pres, I know the Sebatron will be going nowhere.....it makes my 22 251 bloom and turned my NTK into all that you could want it to be.
Something about using the Australian connection seems too cool........I even sing with an accent (ooops, I forgot, I'm the one with the accent  ......Philadelphian Rocky-like accent at that).
Thanks Bill ! Most of those one-liners actually come from here:
