The macprovideo tuts are also very good. They are learning partners with avid, for 9 of about 30 pro tools video courses. I used them when I had to switch from logic to pro tools. They are clear and full of good techniques.

definitely good stuff. for some serious tutorials, check out lynda.com's videos on the subject (the latest of which is pro tools 10). it is subscription-based, but do the 7-day free trial and really learn some cool stuff. if you're new to recording, audio mixing bootcamp with bobby owsinski is indispensable!
