I'm trying to edit waveforms in DP4.6. when I finish my edits I go back to the sequence or tracks window that the edits haven't been made. I'll go back to the edit window and my edits are done.
If you edit audio in any window besides the waveform editor contained in soundbites window. You are only creating markers that only apply to that window, they will always be non-destructive.
To actually edit wavforms destructively or non-destructively you engage the waveform editor button in soundbites window.
