Yes you will need some sort of audio interface device that provides at least 2 analog line outputs to connect to the Tannoy powered monitors. They have XLR balanced line inputs or 1/4" TS unbalanced jacks on the back, so the interface would sound the best if it had balanced line outputs. Then you just need the right cables to hook them up with. There's no way to "add" the other speakers to the Tannoys.
If you want to also use that other speaker system you would need another 2 analog line outputs from the interface and then some standard amp or receiver with line inputs or just use the sub amp system.
FWIW the Scarlet 2i2 only has 2 line outputs, so pretty limited.
You should list what equipment you are using...type of recording you currently doing, DAW software and which type of PC (Mac or Win).
There are so many audio interfaces out there it all depends on what your doing.using and how much money you want to spend.
BTW there are manuals with all of these devices that explain exactly how to hook them up, pretty simple.

I use them for everything, producing, listening, and movie watching.
So i need like 3 line outputs in the interface to have the 2 Tannoys plus the subwoofer? Like a Scarlett 6i6 or with a 2i4 is enough or something else?

So I take it you're using the built-in audio sound card on your PC computer right now.
I'm assuming your using the little 1/8" green stereo line out jack into your sub/amp?
What are you using for recording or are you doing that?
Getting an external audio interface box (like the 6i6) will replace your built-in sound card. Using the 2i4 would depend if you need more inputs to record with...if that's what your doing...

Yes, im using that 1/8" green jack. I only have a launchkey to plug in apart from my sound system, which of those interfaces do i need?

So no actual audio recording like mics or instruments just a MIDI keyboard via USB....so I would go with the 2i4.
2 inputs for future and 4 outputs for your stereo and the Tannoys...

what sort of connectors does the sub have for line in? Not knowing what you have I would assume you used the 1/8" stereo jack at the computer end and 2 RCA jacks into the sub/amp with the speakers connected to that?
You don't really need those really. You'll have a full stereo with the Tannoys using 2 of the line outs on the 2i4. The other two outputs on the 2i4 you will need cables to match the sub input

That's the back of the sub, so i guess i'll need a rca to rca cable to connect to the 2i4, correct me if i'm wrong.

Yes that would be the easiest hookup.
Use the 1/4" balanced outputs of the Scarlett to the Tannoy powered monitors.
If you want to use those other speakers added to that setup, then get some sort of regular stereo amp or receiver for those four JVC speakers and use that 2nd RCA output to any line input of the receiver/amp.

On a side note, this will be my first pair of monitors and i'm thinking if i'm doing the right thing, are they good to watch movies, play games and listen to music? I'm not interested in a 5.1 hometheater, just a quality 2.1, am i doing the right thing? or i'm better of with a hi fi system?
