Hello there,
I'm sure you've all read the same post about 200 times by 200 other people, but just wondering if anyone can help me out. I've scouted the forums and have read many posts but none that have made my mind any clearer!

I record ramshackle electronica music with acoustic instruments and other natural "found" sounds, and the core of my set up is a Carillon audio PC with a M-Audio omni studio and Adobe Audition. Best mics I have are SE z5600a and RODE NT2. So you can see I'm hardly a pro gear wiz, but i want an even lovelier sound out of my mics for vocals and instruments.

Can anyone recommed a solid-state dual channel strip for around the £600 mark ($1125)? I've been looking at Joemeek twinQ, PreSonus Eureka x2 etc.

Thanks,
Pete
:)
