Nope, I can't see how you would do that. Headroom is almost always a limitation of the original design. However, many times you can improve some headroom and bottom end with getting a real good power supply other than the one a lot consoles come with.

I would also contact AMEK and see if they have come up with any mods to the console that they feel are worthwhile and can do what you want. Sometimes console manufactures are less than forthcoming with update information to the general public but are more than happy to discuss things with a user if they contact them. We had a problem with a Soundcraft 500 and were able to get some very good advice from Soundcraft after we contacted them directly and they even provided us with some hand drawn schematics and advice. The same thing happen with our Neotek Series 1 console.
