Behringer bca 2000 so many problems

I can not hear on the phones and monitor section outputs the music from my mini disk that connected to the optical input ? thanks for your halp

all the time i have
"synthcore error "
"could not intialize audio output " why?
If it is possible to use the bca 2000 on xp pro in hebrew langauge without any
problems and bugs
If it's possible to listen to the optical input thru the phones outputs :
1)without to be connected to a computer ?
2(without running a program such as Cubase on the computer?

so many problems and no answers from Behringer site?

1)Use the bca 2000 driver 1.9.5.1 version
Windows sp 2
2(if you have cubase in vst connection you have to open
line input stereo1---L asio bca 2000-1
R asio bca 2000-2
line input stereo 2-- L asio bca 2000-3
R asio bca 2000-4

In output just srereo 1 L asio bca 2000-1
R asio bca 2000-2
On the pruject in audio chanell select
stereo in as "stereo in 2"
