Electro Harmonix NY-2 Limiter

I saw a lot about this when it was initially released, but now I can't find who's got one anywhere...

Any impressions of it?

Any Comparison to the LA-2A, especially on bass or vocal?

They sent me one to play with a couple of months ago... it wasn't working properly, they have yet to send me another to go over.

FWIW, on the channel that was working right I liked a lot of what I heard.

Thanks for the response. I was shown an early prototype in the Electro-Harmonix Lab and then I heard reports about it from a mastering engineer I know (?) ... and now I can't find one anywhere....
