Anyone have anymore info on this 'sonic load back' function? Is this part of a certain software? Or is there another way? I just want to check that the code have been put on properly before I send the cd off for copying... I'm on a mac also...

PC based: Pyramix will. I imagine Sadie, Audio Cube must be able to.
I often use this function to "load back" material. This is helpful when putting a compilation together.

Your basic Roxio Toast will easily read the ISRC, UPC, and CD-Text from an audio disc as well. It's under "Disc Info" in one of the drop down menus.

You can also do it from the command line (terminal) in OS X: us

user% drutil subchannel
will scan the CD for ISRC info and print it out on the screen. Note that you need a CD burner that supports ISRC codes or it will return gibberish.
