After my mix is complete, should I export to a stereo WAV file, and then load that back into Cubase or another program for mastering, or just add the master effects to my mix, and export the whole thing in one shot?
Are there advantages or disadvantages to either method?

You hit save and your mastering is added to the mix project file. Good or bad?

You can go back and tweak the mix very easily. Is that really a good thing?

It'd take more processing power unless you bounce first.

You would have an unmastered mixdown for later reference/remastering even if you strangely delete the source tracks.

You end up with double project files.
