Please Critique My Master

I have produced a master that is in need of your opinion. Can you please tell me what you think and offer advice on how it might be improved?

I had time to listen to it again but this time in the studio. On

One thing that wasn't sure when I first listened to it but now I can confirm is that when the lead vocal hit hard, the compression acts on the whole track and this makes the band go down. This is one thing I wound try to avoid. I know the problem may come from the mixing. But you may try side compression, slower attack or multibands to reduce this effect.
My humble opinion of course. ;)
