Hello if someone can help me with this i would appreciate it. My question is how when making techno music you have a set bpm lets say of 120 and you have a snare roll which is speeding up, how do you make it a extremely fast all of a sudden that you hear in a lot of dance music without distorting the tempo of the rest of the song?

Process the loop with Apple loop utility found in the utilities
Process the loop with Apple loop utility found in the utilities folder, double the tempo.
Make sure you process a copy of the loop. drag and drop the loop onto the loop browser.
