Yhe ground solders to the housing but the wires go through the tube into the capsule. They are broken not unsoldered.

What is the shiny metal pin sticking out for? How would I go about fixing this microphone then? Is the tube the thing with the hole? Sorry I don't know a lot about microphones.

if i were you i would find a competent tech in the area and have them repair the mic.

201's are great mics and as such deserve a little quality attention when needed.
