I have Audobe Audition 1.5 and want to take a MP3 file and change it to a minor key so that it is still recognizable as the same tune, but has an eerie sound to it. This is for a One Act Play performance.

Seriously though, are you serious? That is impossible. Even if you are able to transpose the file to a different key(which is possible on some programs), there is no way to change the key from major to minor.
Well there is one way. Re record the song.
