Hi. I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about how I Feel For You was made? Specifically the drum sounds (that drum machine, 80s type of sound), synth bass, and other synth sounds. What kind of effect is on the drums to make it sound so big, and so 80's. It sounds like some sort of slap back. But I don't know. Also, that electro bass sound is very common in a lot of music from that time period. How is that usually done?
I'm new to recording and hope I haven't embarassed myself by asking about this song here.
