Hi folks
I'mm looking for suggestions for a cheap converter with or without a pre for guide vocal. SPDIF or ADAT. I can't spring for more quality conversion at this time.

Buy one secondhand. Dirt cheap on ebay. Since quality doesn't matter, you can get an old 16 or 20 bit 44.1k converter.
Or a Fostex VC8, new for $250, used on ebay for $150 right now.
