Hey friends. It's been a while since I've been on here but here it goes. I just reinstalled my Mac osx 10.4 tiger which required me to reinstall Pro Tools 7 that I had purchased a couple years ago. I have done this same thing before and have had no problems with the digi core audio manager recognizing Pro Tools and setting the output and input as the digi 002 hardware but this time I can't get any playback. When I open digi core audio manager it just says "Not connected (HW in use)" It is recognizing the digi002 enough to let me open pro tools sessions/new tracks, but there is no playback. When I go to system preferences/sound, unlike before, the digi002 hardware is not there as an option for input and output. One last thing. When Pro Tools is closed, and I go to System preferences/sound, the digi002 hardware is an option for input and output vol, for itunes and such. Any help would be great cause I just wan't to record (don't we all. haha) Thanks for your time!
