At the age of 65, Eddie van Halen past away due to throat cancer.

Back in the late 70's Van Halen 1 changed my teenage life completely, as it was unheard what this man was doing on guitar.

My thoughts and condeolances for his family and friends.

Hope he gets to jam with Neil Peart in Van Heaven..

yup, he was awesome. I definitely will miss hearing more of him. Sad hearing he's gone.

Not only was he a great musician, but his contributions to guitar amp designs and instruments is excellent too.
