What is The first thing i should do after a raw record? like for rnb songs to make it sound good or enought?

You know actually it is NOT a wise crack answer, that is what you do. The OP asked what to do after a raw record, listen to it right away. Does it sound good, is it enough? Because if it isn't retrack, different mic placement, different headphone mix, something, get the track right to begin with. I personally don't think there is too much you can do to vocals that are going to make them "sound good" if they don't. EQ, and little reverb. Compression to help it sit in the mix but these are going to make it sound better in the overall mix, if it can't stand alone it probably needs to go back in the oven.
