I was wondering if anyone can send me a link or a software to a program that will let me convert any MPEG formats and any other stuff like that, that is in video format to MP3 Format? (for more than 20 to 30 seconds) I've seen a lot that will let me do that intill i buy the real program and I need one thats free.
I really need a program like that, so please can someone help me out?

I don't know of any programs that convert a video format to an audio one. I'm guessing that what you want is something that will extract the audio from a "video" file and then make that audio an MP3.
This is something that you may have to take a couple steps for. First you need to separate the audio off of the video file. You could simply record just the audio or find some sort of video editing program that can do that for you. Once you have the audio extracted there are hundreds of programs that will take that audio and convert it to MP3. The hard step is the first one.
