hi everyone :)

i have been working for a couple of years with a layla 3g and a Focusrite octopre. and so far so good. but until a couple of days i started asking my self if there is a sonic quality diference between a sound card like the layla and the digi 002? if i want to improove in terms of sound quality what sound card do you recommend me to move forward?

the budget I'm thinking its around $1500 dlls.
