This is a question best asked at the M-Audio [="http://forums.m-audio.com/forumdisplay.php?4-USB-Audio-Series"]forums[/]="http://forums.m-aud…"]forums[/]. Have you downloaded the latest [URL="http://www.m-audio… That would be the first step.

version 2 firmware for the M-Audio Black Box. This free update brings the total number of guitar amp models up from 12 to 40 and adds bass amps to the mix. There are also 121 effects including compression, five different reverb types and new tap tempo modes. Additionally, the Black Box now functions as a Pro Tools M-Powered-compatible USB audio interface.

Thanks for the reply I called M-AUDIO about the firmware update and my box is too old.
