hey I've got a similar mixer and heres what I do: I run all of my mics into the mixer and then run the main output into the 2 mbox XLR inputs (both of the main outputs on my mixer which is a UB1204 are xlr but if the UB1202's outputs are TRS then you can run a TRS cable). Then I just run my monitors out of the mbox output (m-audio studiophile DX4s). But I think if your mixer has an alt 3-4 output that theres a better way to do it. you run a line from the alt 3-4 outputs into the mbox inputs. you then run the mbox outputs into a stereo channel on the mixer and you run your onitors out of the control room output on your mixer. I think when you record youll have to press a button that sends the signal out of the alt 3-4 outputs (it's also the mute button on my mixer) and if the UB1202 has a section called "Source" which is right about the alt 3-4 master faders you'll have to press the alt 3-4 button down. I've never done this myself but I've heard and seen other people doing it so I think it will work and might sound better than the first option listed.
