Merging sessions

Hey everyone, i got a question for you.

Currently me and my guitarist are recording at home.
How do i import all my guitar tracks into his session easily?

At the moment I'm bouncing to disc each of my tracks
and importing it on his end.
Is there a way to import each individual section instead
so that we are able to do more editing if we have to?

We are using Pro Tools.

No need to keep bouncing tracks to CD.
I would say email but your DAW should not be connected to the internet.

And the easiest way is for both of you to be using the same DAW

Then import each peice one by one?
Isnt it easy to get it messed up?

If you both have the same DAW software then copy the entire fold

If you both have the same DAW software then copy the entire folder with session file onto the thumb drive. Take the whole thing over to your buddy. He can take what he wants.
