I would say buy whichever one is made by the same manufacturer of your sequencing software. If I had to "do it all over again", I would get the Emagic "Timepieces" to go with Logic Audio.

Why? Because then I wouldn't have to have another needless layer of MIDI OS (BS?) stuff "underneath" my sequencing program. So, for now, I continue to suffer with MTP AVs and MTP IIs.
