So right now i am recording using a Tascam us-1641 interface and I'm using Cubase 5 to record but i am looking to upgrade my hardware to be on the same level as the school i am looking to attend but i dont know what i need to use pro-tools, am i able to record using that interface and just buy pro-tools le? or do i need a different interface? i am a little lost and could use some help from anyone, any tips would be much appreciated, thanks
