This guy makes a good plugin for reverse echo. Don't know if that's what you mean, but I like it as a "now and then" special effect.

It is physically impossible to track something in reverse. Live recording is always forward. Use you DAW software to reverse it after it's recorded. Should be real easy to do. In Cubase I select the piece, go to the Audio menu, and select "reverse". Boom, perfect!

Most DAWs will be able to reverse digital audio once it's recorded.
