Can you please tell me how i would be able to acheve this effect.

The part i am talking about is the part where the man sings, and at the end of every line it sort of gets extended with a cool effect?

i would like to be able to do this because me and a few mates want to make a song in the style that is popular in our area, and this effect would go nicely!
