I just bought one without the digital option on it ,but I tracked vocals and acoustic yesterday with unbalanced analog outputs and it sounds awesome, we'll better than the ssl alpha channel, I'd reckon its worth it if you can get one

well, this is a pretty old thread but since it popped up, I owned one too and really liked it. Unfortunately, I sold it. If you can find one, its a silky pre, well worth the price. The hybrid feature is cool, easy to add some character .
