So; my current studio setup utilizes M-Audio Deltas for my interfaces. I currently have a Delta 1010, 1010LT & 66 which gives me a total of 20 inputs. The 1010LT has recently died (it was the oldest of the 3) and I'm probably am going to replace it with another 1010.
Seeing that I do not have a lot of money to make the jump to something like RME interfaces, I was wondering what the consensus is for the next step up in quality for the cheapest price. My thinking is that I might also just sell the other two interfaces on ebay and possibly try to get 20 or so inputs of another interface.
Any thoughts?

I don't know if this should have been moved to another forum or not, but in the meantime I ended up buying another Delta 1010 off of evilbay. If nothing else, I have a slight upgrade in quality as the 1010 has a higher s/n ratio than the 1010LT.
I would still be interested in any thoughts as to what would be considered the next step up in quality.
