I'm trying to decide on my monitors, I'm thinking about getting a pair of Tannoy System 800's - what do you guys think of these compared to other similarly priced near field monitors?
I like Tannoys concentric speakers ... the 800 uses a less expensive crossover than the more expensive DMT II series ... (which I have) so I can't say for sure that they are a best buy. The best advice anyone can offer is to listen to source material that you are familiar with on a variety of speakers and make a choice from there ....
