Hi
So what you want is a table with the frequencies of the notes?
The frequency relation corresponding to a semitone is 2^(1/12). Thus you just have to multiply 440 by 2^(n/12), (where n is the number of semitones from the A440) to obtain the higher notes frequencies. For the lower notes you divide instead of multiplying.
Hope it helps
