Who makes a good Leslie simulator? I think there's a company by the name of "Motion" or something of that nature, but that's the only one I can come up with. Maybe Nate could elaborate on this. . :D And of the selected ones, how do they fair with the sound and texture of the original? It also has to have the works as far as a decent pre-amp, multiple outputs & etc.

Sounds like you're headed the fake Hammond, real rotating horn route. IMHO, that's a great way to go. You get reliability, portability, great sound and true air movement.
Another drawbar module is the new Roland. Also, FWIW, Peavey Spectrum Organ can use the PC1600 slidebar controller as drawbars. The Peavey ain't bad (although it is, a Peavey). I got mine for $100 and it sounds pretty sweet going through a Motion Sound horn.

Other rotating speaker simulators, I think the best are the ones that consist of a physically rotating speaker (or baffle and speaker). There's another company that makes a really small one...can't remember their name.
I never heard a rotating speaker simulator in a rack box that sounded very convinving. Most sound like a band split modulation circuit.
For plugins, I think the Emagic EVB3 and the NI B4 are very good.
