helloo all!

well i am having some exporting problems in cubase. i don't know y but when i export a song it has these wierd skips in two places on the track, once at the beginning and once toward the end. i am using windows xp sp 2, Mackie onyx 1640, Cubase sx, 1.5 GB ram. could it be latency issues? I tried minmizing the background processes and it was still there. any help would be appreciated.

the reason its urgent is because i must turn in this demo by sunday.
