I thought a bout am ADAT but it was Kinda to expensive of a job for a guy like me.
I am using Cubase SX and I want each track in my project to have a channel on my analog mixer sort of like in the Studios you all understand?
is there a sound card or sumthing I could use? HELP
I have a Behringer MX3282A 32 Track Mixer with 8 Bus going into a Fostex 16 Reel to Reel Recorder. I want to use tracks 1-16 to record with and tracks 17-32 to mix post reel to reel. However, my mixer only has 8 buses. What would be the best configuration to avoid having to connect and disconnect cords continuously?
I'm in the market for a 24/32 track mixer. I only have $600-800 to spend. The Behringer is in my price range but in every forum people have bad things to say about them. They say the break down really easy and I'm hard on my gear. But price and time is tight right now. I really want/need a analog mixer right now.
