I asked a question about record deals yesterday but after doing more research, I think have come to realise that what I am looking for distribution and not a record deal. In a few months time, I will have an album that I would like to sell. I would like to get it up in all the usual places such as iTunes, Amazon etc.

Ok - Im releasing a CD (independently) and I want to use a contract that will allow the photographer exclusive ownership rights. So in the future if the photos are going to be used for any other purpose the photographer would negotiate with the other party involved and photographer would be reimbursed that way.

I am (try to be), a recording engineer, and my question is:
I make music albums in my studio (10-12 songs per album).
Hi Kids, Uncle Dogg here. Today we start basic drum sounds and maybe we'll capture some magic later. I will be keeping photo records and will post some tracks as they come available.
These are all friends and this should be interesting.
I'm starting to promote my original music and starting to play more showcases with local acts. As part of that I'm working with a local studio to get my songs recorded properly. Here's where the question starts.
