Recording acoustic guitar using Zoom R16

Hi, I'm working on recording acoustic guitar and vocals using my zoom R16 track recorder. transferring them to Cubase 5 then editing, mixing mastering etc... My issue is getting my Acoustic Guitar to sound like it does when I play it live or through my fishman solo amp. I've tried all kinds of mics, room treatments, set up etc...

Hi gang,
I bought a Tanglewood guitar from a friend a few years back and I always wanted to upgrade but since I'm a drummer and I hope I can say an audio engineer. I had a lot on my budget plate.

I owned the Taylor 314CE for years and passed it off to my daughter. I need a new Taylor or something comparable to be able to earn some extra income. I don't really want the electronics. I'd much rather have nothing inside the box.

Folks,

Please can someone help me in the selection of an affordable (200- 300 $)
mic for recording acoustic guitar at home.

I am looking at

AT4041 (SDC)
RODE NT5 (SDC)
Shure SM81 (SDC)

I am also looking at some stereo SDC mics or any other affordable stereo mics. Would stereo makes help in the first place?
