Alan Parsons OBE is an English audio engineer, songwriter, musician, and record producer. Parsons was involved with the production of several albums, including the Beatles' Abbey Road and Let It Be, Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon, and the eponymous debut album by Ambrosia in 1975.

Hi everyone,

I’d like to share my track with you. It’s my tribute to The Alan Parsons Project. I’m a huge fan of his and have tried to emulate his writing and production style in my work.

I recorded this in my studio which is basically my converted garages on my house.

Alan Parsons - NO Compression?

Per Alan Parson's Q & A sessions on GS, he was asked about using compressors. He stated he did not use compression on his mixes. So what's up with that?
