The audio in this video clip is rubbish

I recently bought a RODE VideoMic Pro with dead cat and have updated my OM-D EM5 to the Mark 2 version. I went out today and recorded the following clip by sticking the mic on top of the camera and hitting record on a windy day. That is, no filter buttons or any alterations were done in preparation, no high/low pass buttons switched and nothing altered on the EM5.

Song clip using AT4080

So, I've finally gotten around to recording a bit with the AT4080 and have to say that I really like it so far. I can't offer comparisons to really anything else other than the Fat Head 2, which I sold, but thought it may be worthwhile to post a clip since there aren't really any/many out there to be found for those that are interested in this microphone.

Can this sound clip be fixed with noise reduction?

I recorded an acoustic guitar with a RODE nt4 mic. I have a pretty noisy environment for recording and unfortunately, it's probably not going to change. Most of my recordings are distorted guitar through a Palmer Speaker Simulator and everything else is software, so room noise isn't generally a problem. For this, however, it definitely is.

Mic clip to fit DPA stereo boom and CMC5

I've just purchased a DPA UA0837 stereo boom - the one without the mic clips. Now, I didn't know this beforehand, but the sliders on the boom are designed to hold mic clips with a narrow thread (a la the DPA clips)... . The problem is that the sliders have a kind of groove that ensures that only clips with a very narrow base will fit there.

Mic clip other than SA 18 for AKG C414?

I have a C414 B-ULS that I've had for a while and I both another (came today) with the hope that they'd be close enough to use as a pair.e came The first one came with a SA 18/3B mic clip. The second came with an H-100 shock mount. So I thought I'd see what another clip cost - WOW - $200 and your first born male child. (Tough luck George Rogers.)
