Are there phase issues when tracking acoustic direct in and mic at same time?

Hi
I use an Olympus LS-10 http://www.wingfiel… to record an Yamaha StagePas 300 output during our singing club sessions and I currently do this using the remote control and the Olympus twin microphones on the LS-10 unit itself but I am sure this isn't the best way.
I am trying to record my Line 6 Spider IV 320W combo amp by plugging it straight into my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB interface from the Headphone/Out jack on the Line 6. I have actually, successfully recorded a few guitar parts in this way but it's really sketchy because it will randomly cut in & out.
basically, i have Shure ksm27/Avalon 737sp/motu828mk2/art X4 headphone amp.Specs lp8/ppc g5 quad.osx10.4.11 buffer @ 128
yesterday i was recording and i wanted to add a effect like reverb etc but i dont want to effect the latency.
I need a good DI for recording an upright Bass
anyone know of a good DI?
Hey I have a Line 6 Flextone II, which I record directly. Does anyone have experience with Line 6 direct recording? I'm in a dorm room in college so its kind of hard to record with my 57. But anyway is there anything special to recording direct out with line 6? Do you just simply plug it in and record? Because I feel like I'm not getting that good of a recording.
Hey.
I've decided to not bother with the hassle of Micing my cabinet and would prefer to go direct. Would it work if I were to simply go:
Guitar -> Amp Head -> Mixing Board
Hi everybody !
which one is better for a Direct recording?
I'm looking for a good rack for recording,
but I have no room to Micing the amps so I want a rack for Direct
recording. and have a good Distortion effects.
Now I find out GT pro,POD pro and GNX3000.
So which one is better? THX!
