I currently own a Langevin DVC which I am thinking about selling in order to buy either a Sebatron VMP 4000e OR a Sebatron VMP 2000e and an RNP. I like the Langevin, but I need 4 channels of pre and by selling the Langevin and adding a little cash I can get 4 channels. The question is should I go for 4 channels of Sebatron or 2-Seb and 2-RNP.

Hey Team, I'm a home recordist with a Pc based setup (Acid, Soundforge, Echo Mia) My front end consists of a Joemeek Mq3 and a Studio Projects C3/Marshall 603s. I want a warm sound! And. .I don't want to have to use much EQ to achieve it, Anyone use a Great River ME1NV? I spoke to the guy who designed it today (Dan) and he was very cool and patient.

RNP or. ?

Hi. I've been considering the RNP for my studio. Up till now I've been using the pres in my Mackie 1604 VLZ and would like to "step up" a bit quality wise. I would pretty much be looking for something to use on drum overheads during basic tracking and then on anything else after that. Just curious tho...

So what is the insider info on the RNP? Will it live up to the RNC as far as incredible value at a great price? Will it be 1 channel? 2? Will they make a bigger version (8 channel)?

What is the word... I want all the info.
